Sydney Beepath, Nalinee Seelal’s husband, informed reporters, After being ill for some time, she was admitted to dialysis. Beepath, when contacted Monday by Newsday, said that he still remembers his wife being a dedicated journalist who took her obligations and job very seriously.

“Nalinee was one of a kind, she was really one of a kind.

“She was fiercely independent, she was true to her profession. In all things, her work came first as well as the company she represented which was Newsday.”

According to reports, Nalinee Seilal died on Monday Jan9 morning. According to reports, Nalinee Seelal died in the early hours of Monday. She had been suffering from health problems for some time and was not able to survive despite receiving the best medical and treatment.
